Ganzjährig steht vor meiner Haustüre ein alter, flacher Topf, der fleissig benutzt wird. Nicht nur als Vogeltränke, sondern auch als Wespentränke und Badewanne. Als ich heute meine Haustüre öffne, sitzt ein Rotkehlchen auf einem Stangerl, mit dem ich den Topf sichere, damit er nicht umgeworfen wird. Es blickt mich an und hat offensichtlich NULL Angst, denn es hüpft in den Topf und badet ausgiebig. Ich hole schnell meine Cam und nähere mich vorsichtig. Das zu beobachten, ist Freude, die das Herz erhellt!

All year round there is an old, flat pot on my doorstep which is busy used. Not only as a bird bath, but also as a wasp bath and bathtub. When I open my front door today, a robin sits on a stick that I use to secure the pot so it won't get around. It looks at me and has decided to be zero fear.
