Der Einsendeschluss für die Kunstwerke für das 6th Geoje International Art Festival ist der 30. Juli 2020. Da kann ich nicht mehr auf Lieferung des zweiten Flyers von FLYING HEART warten, denn sonst kommt das Paket zu spät im Haegeumgang Theme Museum an. Das Paket ist unförmig, jedoch nicht allzu schwer. Ein lieber Nachbar und Ladenbesitzer wo ich meine Ausstellungsräume habe, leiht mir eine Sackkarre, wo ich das gute Stück festzurre. Taxifahrt rentiert sich "um die Ecke" von der Müllerstrasse zum Postamt in der Fraunhoferstrasse nicht. Ausserdem müsste ich das Teil dann vom Taxi noch irgendwie zum Postschalter schleifen... So spaziere ich bequem bei strahlendem Sonnenschein die paar Meter von meinem Ausstellungsräumen zum Postamtschalter.

Zu meiner Überraschung erfahre ich dort, dass EXPRESS-Versand nur bei Dokumenten möglich ist, jedoch NICHT bei (m)einem Paket! Da kann ich nur wieder mal meine Engel bitten, dass die Post, die normalerweise gute 14 Tage dauert, sich diesmal beeilt...

The deadline for the artwork for the 6th Geoje International Art Festival is July 30, 2020. I can't wait for the second FLYING HEART flyer to be delivered, otherwise the parcel will arrive late at the Haegeumgang Theme Museum. The package is bulky, but not too heavy. A dear neighbor and shopkeeper where I have my showrooms, lends me a hand truck where I can get the good piece stuck. A taxi ride around the corner from Müllerstrasse to the post office in Fraunhoferstrasse is not profitable. I would also have to drag the piece from the taxi to the post office counter ... So I can comfortably walk the few meters from my showroom to the post office counter in bright sunshine.

To my surprise I find out there that EXPRESS shipping is only possible with documents, but NOT with a parcel! I can only ask my angels again that the post, which normally takes a good 14 days, is in a hurry this time ... The angels helped, see July 31 here
