Heute in der Münchner City: In den Vorjahren hatte die U-Bahn im Dezember meist Verspätung weil sie so rappelvoll war mit Menschen, die ihre Weihnachtseinkäufe tätigten. Dieses Jahr bekomme ich freien Sitzplatz mit Social Distancing. Nach meinem Termin begebe ich mich auf die Suche nach schön dekorierten Schaufenstern in der noblen Maximilianstrasse. Doch auch hier ist die Weihnachtsdeko eher spärlich. Dior glänzt als Ausnahme mit edler Lichtinstallation.

Today in the city of Munich: In previous years, the subway was usually late in December because it was so jam-packed with people doing their Christmas shopping. This year I get a free seat with social distancing. After my appointment, I go looking for beautifully decorated shop windows in the posh Maximilianstrasse.
