Ein lieber Nachbar leiht mir seine Sackkarre für den Transport meines 1. Riesenpakets
zum Postamt nebenan. Der Inhalt wurde von mir abgewogen, sodass ich unter 30 kg Gewicht für
den Versand zum Museum in Südkorea liege.
Doch der Postmann erklärt mir, dass er mein Paket NICHT annehmen kann, da es
25 kg hat: Die Maximale Grenze für Gewicht wurde reduziert, dafür kostet es
mehr. Zum Glück darf ich das zigfach mit Panzerband verklebte Paket auf dem Postamt
öffnen, damit ich vom Triptychon (3-teilig) Nature Birth einen Teil in meine Ausstellungsräume
zurück bringen kann. Alternativ nehme ich das kleinformatige Bild 3 Wünsche
mit, um es stattdessen dazu zu packen. Da ich in meinen Ausstellungsräumen keinen Drucker habe,
muss ich für die Änderung der PRO FORMA-Rechnung für den Zoll nach Hause fahren. Der Raum im kleinen
Postamt ist relativ eng und ich blockiere einen Großteil davon mit dem Verpackungsmaterial, das
ich neu reinsortieren muss. Da ich nur ein kleines, leichtes Bild anstatt des grösseren, schwereren
tausche, nehme ich in weiser Voraussicht eine extra Lage Verpackungsmaterial mit, was sich
perfekt ausgeht. Kurz vor Schluss des Postamts bin ich mit der Umpack-Prozedur fertig, wieder
Glück gehabt!
Free English translation
A dear neighbor lends me his sack truck to transport my 1st giant package to
the post office next door. The contents have been weighed by me to be under 30kg
for shipping to the museum in South Korea. But the postman tells me that he CANNOT
accept my package because it weighs 25 kg: the maximum weight limit has been reduced,
but it costs more. Luckily I am allowed to open the package at the post office, which
has been sealed multiple times with duct tape, so that I can bring a part of the triptych
(3 parts) Nature Birth back to my exhibition rooms. Alternatively, I'll take the small-format
artwork 3 Wishes with me to include instead. Since I don't have a printer in my showrooms,
I have to go home to change the PRO FORMA invoice for customs. The space in the small post
office is relatively tight and I block a large part of it with the packaging material that
I have to sort through again. Since I'm only trading a small, light picture instead of the
larger, heavier one, I wisely take an extra layer of packaging material with me, which turns out perfectly.
Shortly before the post office closes, I'm done with the repacking procedure, lucky again!

Egy kedves szomszéd kölcsönadja a zsákkocsiját, hogy a
szomszédos postára szállítsam az 1. óriási csomagomat. A dél-koreai
múzeumba való szállításhoz a tartalmát 30 kg alá mértem. De a postás
közli, hogy nem tudja átvenni a csomagomat, mert 25 kg: csökkent a
maximális súlyhatár, de többe kerül. A többszörösen ragasztószalaggal
lezárt csomagot szerencsére a postán fel tudom nyitni, hogy a természet
születése címu triptichon egy részét (3 rész) visszahozhassam a
kiállítótermeimbe. Alternatív megoldásként magammal viszem a kis formátumú
képet 3 kívánság helyett. Mivel a bemutatótermeimben nincs nyomtató, haza kell
mennem a PRO FORMA számlát vámhoz cserélni. A kis postán viszonylag szuk a hely,
és a nagy részét elzárom a csomagolóanyaggal, amit újra át kell válogatnom. Mivel
a nagyobb, nehezebb kép helyett csak kicsi, k&oul;nnyu képpel kereskedek, okosan viszek
magammal egy plusz réteg csomagolóanyagot, ami remekül sikerül.
Nem sokkal a posta bezárása elott végeztem az újracsomagolással, ismét szerencse!
