Wegen des 2. lockdowns sind in München seit 16.12. Baumärkte für Privatpersonen geschlossen. Ausnahme: Für Handwerker, handwerksnahe Betriebe, Gewerbetreibende ist er unter Vorlage eines Gewerbescheines geöffnet. Obwohl man diesen als Künstler NICHT benötigt; besorgte ich ihn mir vor vielen Jahren, da er manchmal das Leben erleichtert. So auch hier, sodass ich ungehinderten Zugang in die menschenleeren Hallen bekomme.

Weihnachtsstimmung? Fehlanzeige! Die Parkplätze sind leer, Ausnahme: Vor Aldi. Ein paar verlorene Engerl stehen neben Tannenzweigen, das Moos für Kripperl hat sicher schon bessere Tage gesehen und die Gestecke lassen bereits "Federn". Vor dem Mediamarkt parken viele Autos, denn der ist trotz hartem 2. Lockdown geöffnet! Die Logik der Restriktionen: Gartencenter zu, Baumarkt zu, der Mediamarkt daneben geöffnet, erschliesst sich mir nicht.

The last time I bought art supplies, I overlooked the fact that I still have to top up the paint on my pet urns. For my biodegredable urns for people I use best water-soluble acrylic paints, animal urns, on the other hand, are painted because they have been in private households - for many years as collector's items. Thus, the ordinary housewife can wipe it with a damp cloth.

Because of the 2nd lockdown in Munich since December 16, hardware stores are closed to private individuals. Exception: It is open to craftsmen, craft-related businesses and traders on presentation of a trade license. Although artists don't need it, I got this one many years ago because it makes life easier sometimes. This is also the case here, so that I have unhindered access to the deserted halls.

Christmas mood? Nothing! The parking spaces are empty, exception: In front of Aldi (supermarket). A couple of lost angels are standing next to fir branches, the moss for cribs has certainly seen better days and the arrangements are already leaving "feathers". Many cars are parked in front of the Media Market, because it is open despite the hard 2nd lockdown! The logic of the restrictions: Garden center closed, hardware store closed, the media store next to it open, does not reveal itself to me.
