Das Wetter bietet sich heute an, in der Natur zu werkeln. So fahre ich wieder mit dem lieben Bernd aufs Land und freue mich auf's Laubsammeln auf seinem Grundstück mit Blick auf die liebliche Pampa. Das ist für mich mentale Auszeitund leichtes Fitneßtraining, denn mein Studio ist coronabedingt geschlossen.

Today the weather offers itself to work in nature. So I go back to the country with dear Bernd and look forward to collecting leaves on his property with a view of the lovely pampas. For me this is mental time-out and light fitness training, because my studio is closed due to the corona.
