The fact that a total of four wooden boxes were needed to transport the delicate sculpture with a few other neon works of art and free from scratches should hardly come as a surprise given its bulkiness. While the torso was transported lying on a pallet, the head had to be packed separately and supported from below due to its fragile frame. The same applied to the four paws, the two meter long tail and two huge ears, each 65 cm long and almost 140 cm high, all of which were stabilized and professionally padded.
